Personally Introduce Caregivers

We invite you to be as involved in the caregiver selection process as you want to be. It is important to us that you feel comfortable with your choice of caregiver. Many families and care recipients enjoy the opportunity to meet the caregiver before they begin working.  By meeting your caregiver beforehand, you are solidifying one of the most important relationships in your loved one’s life. We want to ensure that you, your loved one, and our caregiver all feel comfortable with one another in order to establish a lasting relationship.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don’t like my caregiver?
Your Care Manager wants to know if you are ever unsatisfied, no matter how minor it may seem. If your caregiver is not working out, your Care Manager will find you another caregiver. We keep all of this as confidential as possible so that your relationship with the caregiver does not become awkward.

How many caregivers is my family able to meet?
As many as you want until you feel comfortable.

Will we only have one caregiver, or do they switch around?
We place a high priority on consistency for you and your family. When your Care Manager meets with you, they will be able to give you a better idea of the number of caregivers that would be necessary. For instance, three days a week will likely result in having just one caregiver, whereas seven days a week may involve two or three.
