During your free assessment, your Care Manager will collect any insurance information you have. After the information is verified with your provider, you will be notified. This process usually takes between five and 10 business days.
What is my expected price range?
Our rates are highly competitive. The Care Manager is able to be specific with rates, which will depend on several factors including the type of care you need, the number of hours you need, and how much gas and time it takes to get to your home.
Is my family charged by the hour, the day, or something else?
It will depend on the type of care. 24-hour live-in care is a reduced rate and billed by the day, whereas all other care is by the hour.
